Diagnosing is the first step. Transforming is the goal. We define measurable behavioral values — not slogans. We create organizational rituals based on DISC profiles. Continuous monitoring. Deliverable: cultural transformation plan with workshops, behavioral culture manual, cultural KPIs and quarterly monitoring. Duration: 3-6 months of implementation + continuous monitoring.

SERVICE 3

Professional Hunting and Executive Search

Every candidate evaluated with the Triple Match: cultural fit + behavioral match + power skills. 50+ page reports that remove the uncertainty from hiring. Deliverable: shortlist of 3-5 candidates with full report. Post-hire follow-up at 30, 60 and 90 days. Fees: 20-25% of gross annual salary.

Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition

We map the real EVP — based on what your best employees truly value. We design attraction strategies aligned with the motivators of the talent your company needs. Deliverable: EVP diagnosis, employer branding strategy, content for social media and portals, tracking metrics.

Executive dashboards with engagement metrics, turnover risk, leadership potential and HR ROI. Quarterly presentations for the executive committee included. Deliverable: customized dashboard, quarterly report, leadership presentation, action recommendations.
